Ordering Guidelines
No minimum or quantity orders, credit card accounts only.
Orders placed by 1pm CST ship same day, orders placed after 1pm, CST ship the following business day
Is my information secure?
Credit card information is securely stored in the portal.
When can I expect my order to deliver?
Orders ship from the Chicago area and will arrive in 1 – 3 business days depending upon distance. See location.
How will I know my order was received?
The 1st Order Confirmation is sent immediately upon placement of your order to the e-mail on file.
The 2nd Order Confirmation, with a live tracking link, is sent immediately upon processing your order.
If the Confirmation is not received, please check your junk mail folder.
Aside from ordering, what other information is available on the website
You will be able to run order reports, see detailed product specifications, and MSDS information.
My Account
How Will i know that my order went through?
An acknowledgement of the order will be sent, when the order is placed. A second acknowledgement will be sent once the order is picked for shipment, with your UPS tracking code. Orders placed before 1pm CST will ship same business day; orders placed after 1pm CST will ship on the next business day.
can I track my order in the pack4shp portal?
Once the order is picked, you will receive an notification that a UPS label has been printed with your UPS tracking number. This information will also be available in your portal.
How to Contact Us Regarding Damaged or Defective Goods
If a Pack4Shp product is determined to be defective, a written authorization will be issued along with instructions for returning the material. Prior to authorizing the return of any material, Pack4Shp reserves the right to inspect the material or require a sample of the material that is proposed to be returned for analysis. Pack4Shp may require the material be retested to determine if it is defective prior to authorizing any return. All material considered for return must have been stored and handled in accordance to the terms hereof, including the return of material within 3 months from the date of shipment.

Goods Damaged in Shipping
Rolls determined to be damaged will be replaced with refunded product’s freight paid. Product images may be required for insurance purposes.
Film Storage
If my roll of film is defective, how do I exchange it?
Contact Pack4Shp to determine best course of action. In consultation with Pregis, should a new RFID tag be required, it can be sent. If not an RFID issue, Pregis will send a replacement roll, at their expense, and may request the defective roll to be returned for evaluation.
